OVERVIEW
Crest Nicholson’s residential development at Centenary Quay presented a unique opportunity to showcase practical design innovation in modern homebuilding. With many of the homes already sold and nearing their handover dates, the pressure was on to complete the installation of ensuite showers in a timely and efficient manner. 360 GSS were selected to take on this task, bringing both expertise and flexibility to meet the demands of the development.
CHALLENGE
A key challenge lay in the design of the ensuite bathrooms, many of which featured sloped ceilings due to their placement in closet-style spaces. These tight and irregular layouts made standard shower installations unsuitable, requiring a bespoke approach to make the most of every available inch. Adding to the complexity, the project operated under a strict timeline, as handovers to new homeowners were fast approaching.
